1. Overview
This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for purchases from Cebastian Co.
Fulfillment note: Many items are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally can’t accept returns for “changed mind” or sizing issues. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
2. Eligibility
- Damage / defect / wrong item: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
- Lost in transit: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (if tracking stalls or never updates).
- Buyer’s remorse / sizing: Because items are made to order, we typically can’t accept returns for incorrect size, preference changes, or ordering mistakes.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- Include photos of the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
- We’ll reply with next steps. In most POD cases, we’ll issue a replacement or refund instead of requesting a return shipment.
If a return shipment is required, we’ll provide instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your payment provider (often 5–10 business days).
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was ours or the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
5. Exchanges
Because products are made to order, exchanges are not typically available. If there’s a defect, damage, or incorrect item, we’ll replace it.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund the item.
