Orders & Fulfillment
How fast do orders ship?
Most CEBASTIAN orders take 3 to 7 business days to be printed and packed before they ship. Transit time depends on your destination and the carrier selected at checkout.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Because products are made to order, changes are only possible shortly after purchase. If you need help, email hello@cebastianco.com as quickly as possible with your order number.
Where do I find tracking?
You will receive a shipping email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility. If you do not see it, check spam first, then contact support with your order number.
Sizing & Product Details
How do your sizes run?
Most items run true to size, but the intended fit varies by product. Use the size guide for general fit direction and check the product page chart for the exact measurements tied to the item you are buying.
What if I am between sizes?
For a more relaxed streetwear fit, size up. For a closer fit, stay true to size if the garment notes support it. When in doubt, use the measurements on the product page rather than guessing from your usual brand size.
Will prints and garment colors look exactly like the mockups?
We aim for close accuracy, but screen settings, lighting, and print processes can cause slight variation between the digital mockup and the finished product.
Support, Returns & Policies
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, general returns and exchanges are not offered for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If an item arrives wrong, damaged, or mislabeled, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send hello@cebastianco.com your order number, a short explanation, and clear photos of the issue. We review fulfillment issues quickly and will work toward the appropriate replacement or refund.
